Small update to the Hobbit and Elf classes

Hobbit got a second ability to the B and C templates to keep it in line with the other classes. Luck of the Small Folk and Get Off The Road! The first allows a Hobbit to reroll a single failed save once per day. The second allows them to avoid all damage when a save would normally result in half-damage

I didn't love the Elf's "Reflect" so I replaced it with something that every archer-player I have ever known wants. Inhuman Accuracy. With template D they are able to shoot into melee combat without penalty or risk of hitting a friend

I also uploaded a new character sheet. It now has a place for spell lists on the back
